ANKER CHEESE NOTEBOOK

It doesn’t get more Dutch than cheese. That’s nothing new for cheese company Anker and Bouter Cheese. Anker Cheese celebrated their 50th anniversary in 2012 by designing a stunning book about the company’s heritage and their product.

The Anker Cheese book is a masterpiece. The design and contents were created with an exceptional eye for detail. The book’s cover is made of wooden sheet material, with holes sawn out to match the product on display. The paper has a high-quality finish with embossing. Striking details, such as the ribbon bookmarks in the colours of the Dutch flag, make this notebook unique and a much sought-after collector’s item.

ABOUT ANKER CHEESE

The company’s legacy started in 1962, when the Anker brothers started to sell their own ripened cheese at the markets. In the mid-nineties, the company’s growth soared due to a strong increase in the industrial manufacturing of cheese. In 2010, Bouter Cheese and Anker Cheese merged to form the A-Ware Group.

 

Today, A-Ware and Anker and leading manufacturers of cheese and other dairy products, selling to retail chains across Europe. On a daily basis, 1,700 employees in 18 locations ensure that consumers from all around the world can enjoy tasty Dutch cheese.

PURE WOOD

The request was to make a notebook that is as natural as possible. Everything is feasible, even a cover made from wood sheet material.

DISTINCT NOTEBOOK BINDING

The binding of the notebook is completed with a specific back cover finish which is clean and fits the design. The ribbon bookmark is coloured red, white and blue. It just doesn’t get more Dutch than that.

3D DETAIL

The notebook is given an extra dimension with a stamped relief on the cover.

AN IMPRESSIVE IMPRINT

Anker’s story is illustrated on the notebook’s cover and continues in the notebook itself. This way, Anker Cheese’s story is clearly portrayed.
